Our online stores have been such a hit with our clients that they keep asking us to create new features they can use to further their business. We, here at Productive I.T., are proud to say that we've heard the call and can't wait to show you what UnoCMS updates we have in store for our natively built stores!


The Artist's Storefront


Up until now, you've been able to pack your store with your best physical products such as home goods and delicious food. With the new update to our online storefronts, creators and entrepreneurs to sell digital items such as pictures, video, and various other products! This update is also perfect for artists wishing to sell their creations or musicians wanting to self-publish their own work. 


This works just like uploading information for physical products or services but you would select "Digital Product" while creating your listing. From there, you'll upload the file itself and then any additional information that it might need. It's that easy! Your work combined with our easy-to-use storefront, set yourself up with success!


Refunds


Now in your store's management page, we've implemented the power to approve refunds to your customers. Powered by Stripe and Paypal, you'll be able to implement full, partial, and even shipping refunds should the occasion arise during your transaction with your customer. Refunds give you the power to maintain and even improve the relationship with your customer when things go awry.


That being said, once you approve a refund, the action cannot be reversed!


Automated Tax Application


Trying to work through getting the taxes set up properly can be such a bother. The guidelines are confusing, you aren't ever truly sure what to charge, and you want to avoid any and all mistakes period. We know, and that's why we've implemented a new Automated Tax Application system!


We have partnered with the world's leader in tax automation software, Alavara, to bring you the accuracy and peace of mind you deserve. When setting up the software, an account for your business will be created with Alavara so all of your information will securely stored. Once set up, you'll simply select what region you are in, and the proper tax system will set itself up! It's just that easy.


Here are some additional benefits to using our new Application:


  • Get live tax rates per order for every US or Canada customer at checkout (more supported countries coming soon)
  • View your transaction history 
  • See per-transaction reporting in your Avalara account
