What is Productive Stores?

Productive Stores is an optimized e-Commerce solution that includes everything necessary to run their online business at a low monthly price with no startup investment.

 

Who is it for?

Productive Stores works well for all businesses, whether you are opening your first store or migrating from another shopping cart. It is designed to grow your online business with a variety of plug-ins and ROI tracking to give you the competitive edge in an ever increasing market.

 

Can I add images to my products?

Yes. You can associate images to your products in different ways. The basic setup is to add a thumbnail and up to 4 large images but you can also add unlimited images using the Image Gallery.

 

Can I use my own web address?

Of course. Productive Stores allows you to easliy redelegate your web address (also called a URL or domain name) and use our DNS servers. For further details on how to do this, please refer to the Support section on our Productive Offices site.

 

Can I control the availability of my products?

The availability of the product works directly with the Inventory Control, which can be enabled under your Store Settings.

 

Does Productive Stores support multiple languages?

Productive Stores can support any language that uses the Roman/Latin alphabet, such as English, French, Spanish, Portuguese.  However, the cart cannot support any other type of language, such as Greek or Chinese.

If you are looking to change your website to a foreign language that uses the Roman/Latin alphabet, you can make modifications in the Admin panel to support this.  Please note, your cart cannot have multiple languages at the same time.  There is only one language per cart, therefore if your site needs to be in multiple languages, you will need to purchase 1 cart per language.

 

Is your shopping cart secure?

Yes, we offer each account with a fully secure shared SSL certificate. A shared SSL certificate provides the same security during checkout as a dedicated certificate, but the domain name will change during checkout.

 

What payment gateways do you support?

Productive Stores currently supports a wide variety of payment options including: 1stPayGateway, 2Checkout, AlertPay, Amazon Simple Pay, Bank of America, Authorize.net, BluePay, Bean Stream, ECHO Payment Processing, eProcessing Network, IntaBill, eLayaway, Internet Secure, Google Checkout, Moneris, MultiCards, LinkPoint, and PayPal among others.
