What is Productive Offices?

Productive Offices is an all-in-one product that makes life easier and business more profitable by combining over 10 essential tools for internet businesses into one. No longer will you need to create multiple copies of you data between a dozen of separate applications or have to remember 12 different logins. At its basic level Productive Offices is web hosting for your business website, but also offers a range of customizable management tools including email marketing, eCommerce and an integrated customer database.

 

How can it be “all-in-one”?

Essentially, when you log in, you'll be able to immediately access your contact database, your orders, web form submissions, products and catalogues, web pages and email marketing campaigns from one central location. Furthermore, all of those functions are built to work together from the ground up!

 

Do I need to know programming or HTML to add content to my web pages?

Not at all. If you can use a word processor then you can add content to your web pages. Keep in mind though, that things like the overall design, layout and "look" of your site may require help from a designer or someone who knows a little bit of HTML or CSS.

Is my creative freedom limited when designing a web page for Productive Offices?

Absolutely not! Productive Offices grants you complete control over the HTML that you put into the system.

 

Can I use my own web address?

Certainly. You can either redelegate your web address (also called a URL or domain name) and use our DNS servers or you can create an A-Record in your existing DNS service to point your domain to your new site at Productive Offices - it's up to you. Can I use FTP to manage my website?

Yes, you get access to FTP which increases the speed that you can manage your website.

 

I've already got a CRM solution that works for me. Can I still use Productive Offices?

Yes, but you won't get the full benefit of having everything "all-in-one". You'll need to import and export contact information back and forth between the systems in there is an API built to help you sync your customer databases that you can leverage.
