Jubilee CityFest is an annual celebration based in Montgomery, AL that features cultural events, visual and performing arts, sporting events, and educational children's activities in an effort to enhance the quality of life in the River Region. Having grown from a modest attendance of 1,500 to 50,000, Jubilee is one of the area’s largest summer festivals and tourist attractions. With plans to expand 2010’s festival schedule, they came to us to create a website that could take better advantage of web technologies to increase site traffic and improve online sales. They entrusted us with the task of creating an entirely new look for the event; from the graphics on the site itself to promotional online banners and ads.
Within a short timeframe, our designers and developers delivered a distinct site design that has resulted in over 10,000 visitors to date and continues to generate an average of 1,200 pageviews per day. Once this initial design phase was completed, we were able to train the Jubilee staff on our Productive Sites platform which empowered them to make updates and scheduling changes on the fly and with ease.
